Can I use HTML tags in my classified?
Only sponsors may put HTML tags in their ads. For everyone else all text, including HTML, will be displayed exactly as typed and not intepreted.

How do I contact someone who has posted a classified ad?
If the seller chose not to display any of their contact information you can click on the 'respond to this ad' button below the classified. This will bring up a form that will email the seller but will not display their email address. If the seller responds to your message you will have their email address with which you can set up a line of communication.

What does the checkbox labeled "Keep me logged in at this computer" or "Save Login" mean when logging in?
If you check this box when logging in you will remain logged in to A2ZHorseMart indefinately until you click the "Log Out" button in the top navigation bar. If you choose this option anyone who uses this this computer will be able to view your personal information. This option should not be used if you are viewing A2ZHorseMart from a public computer (e.g. in a library or computer lab).
If you do not use this option your log in session will expire when you close your browser or after one hour of inactivity.

I am an AOL user and I cannot activate my account. What do I do?
You have received an email from A to Z Horsemart that contains a link embedded in it. If you use a standard Internet provider and nearly any email program, you can click on this link and follow the instructions below. However, if you have AOL, they do not allow web links, or URLs, to be embedded in their email. If you use AOL, you will need to cut or copy the link from the email and paste into your AOL browser. You do this by highlighting the link in the email with your mouse (click the mouse button and drag across the whole link to Ato Z Horsemart--everything, including the entire long string of numbers--that is VERY important) and pressing "Ctrl-C" (this is a copy command) simultaneously on your keyboard. Near the top of the screen in AOL is a white bar that says in it: "Type Search Words, Key Words or Web Addresses Here." Highlight that area with your mouse, and press "Ctrl-V" simultaneously (this is a paste command). This should fill in the address, and then you can press "GO" or the "Enter" key (to the right of the AOL browser bar) to go to the A to Z Horsemart page with the "Terms of Service" on it. Read through the Terms of Service, and at the bottom of the page, there are two links. One is to accept the terms of service and activate your account. If you agree to the terms of service, click on that link and your account will be activated. You can then enter your username and password to log in and post ads, and respond to ads that you wish to be able to be rated on.

If you receive an error when you go to accept and activate your account, and the error says something to the effect that your "email address has not yet been verified," then you have most likely not correctly pasted the entire link into your AOL browser. Go back and make sure that the link in your AOL browser bar is EXACTLY the same as it is in your email. If you missed even ONE number, it will not work.
